Est. 1886
AYC was founded in 1886 as an informal canoe club. Today, the Club’s mission is to encourage and support a wide range of boating activities and to maintain facilities for the recreational and social use of its 2000+ members.
The Annapolis Yacht Club is a full service, year-round Club with three facilities.
The Main Clubhouse has two levels of dining and event space and is located on the south side of the Spa Creek Bridge.
All three buildings have in-water slips for member boats.
The Sailing Center houses the Club’s Administrative offices, Junior Sailing Program, Waterfront and Dock staff and our active, one-design sail yard. The Sailing Center has a large event space that hosts numerous regatta parties as well as classroom use for adult and junior education.
The Activity Center offers dining and bar service, a fitness center and a pool.
